FOAM UPP® Shipping Policy
At FOAM UPP®, we are committed to getting our product to you as conveniently as possible. However, certain elements of the shipping process are outside of our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions. We believe it’s important to bring clarity to these factors so you know what to expect.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- FOAM UPP® ships to select international destinations.
- Delivery times vary by country and typically range from 10–21 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.
- Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees: International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Delays: FOAM UPP® is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or inspections.
- Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package leaves our warehouse and tracking shows “delivered,” FOAM UPP® is not liable for lost or stolen items.
