FOAM UPP® Return Policy
At FOAM UPP®, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, your FOAM UPP® must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • All included items (such as pouches, accessories, or packaging inserts) must also be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • For defective or damaged products, customers must provide clear images and/or a short video of the issue to help us verify the defect and speed up processing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products returned with visible signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items purchased outside of foamupp.com (please contact the retailer directly).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process
  • Contact us at info@foamupp.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product to FOAM UPP®.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–4 weeks.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to exchange it at no cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
6. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. FOAM UPP® is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
